The MCoE and Voice of the Customer Events

September 2022: Article by Grant Chic, Mobile Apps Engagement Undergraduate Intern

Following two years of remote activities due to the pandemic, the MCoE joined the in-person southern California region Voice of the Client events at Panorama City and Mission Hills.

  • August 30, 2022 – Panorama City Hospital
  • August 31, 2022 – Mission Hills Medical Office Building

At the events, we focused on sharing services the MCoE provides regarding mobile apps within KP, showcasing various apps that we work with, and also answering any questions KP members had on their current app usages. The MCoE also shared insights on the certification process and how to connect with us. Participants interacted with various team members including Engagement and Certification Managers, obtained KP/MCoE swag, and grabbed free snacks at both events. As the initial in-person event after so long, the successful marketing events are the first step in continuing the efforts to share more about who the MCoE is and what services we offer.
