Mobility Alert: Changes to Signing in from Outside the KP Network
Set up PingID to stay connected to My HR and other applications when you’re not connected to the KP network.
Ensure your Access is Not Disrupted
Follow these instructions provided by our partners, TRO (Technology Risk Office).
To help protect member information, employee information, and patient care systems from cybercriminals, Kaiser Permanente is implementing a new sign-in process for employees to access KP applications from outside our network. After logging in with your Windows username and password, an app called PingID will verify your identity.
If you have a KP iPhone, get PingID today
Starting May 2019, users of KP-managed iPhones will need to download PingID to continue to have access to My HR and most other HR applications from outside the KP network. Note: This does not apply to Permanente Medical Group HR applications for physicians.
