2019 KP Voice Development Challenge
The MCoE participated in the 2019 KP IT Voice Development Challenge.
The event took place June 26-27 at the DoubleTree Pleasanton. It was sponsored by Wendy Lee and Lisa Caplan and included Alexa experts from Amazon. This 2-day event provided an opportunity for technical teams to build voice-based Alexa skills based on KP strategies, such as Focus Home, Medication Management, the Shared Agenda Bold Moves, and other areas. Developer teams had KP business use case leads embedded on the team and access to skill development experts from Amazon. Solutions were judged at the event by executives from KP IT, KP business areas, and Amazon.
Event organizers presented at the Mobile Design Community of Practice in May, 2019. Finalists from the event presented at mCOP in July, 2019. Refer to the Teams recordings available at the mCOP Recording Archive.
